The three ancient-form Chinese characters on the stone board are 芭-蕉-院( ba-jiao-yuan), literally means plantain courtyard. The garden is a typical classical Chinese garden, more precisely it’s Suzhou garden(苏州园林). See my previous posts then you’ll know more about suzhou garden.
