A trip back in time! Vintage car show debuts in Beijing
Various brands of vintage cars, including some of the earliest models from famous manufacturers, are on display in Beijing.
Truly a trip back in time, it’s the first time that Beijing has hosted such an event.
Among them are Beetle cars produced in the 1970s, and a Bugatti, one of the most renowned cars from the 1930s which has won various vintage car race competitions.
There are also cars from local collectors in the show, a sign that the car culture is growing in China.
But the cars won’t be staying idle for long. After the show, the car owners will drive them on a 2-day race in the city of Zhangjiakou in Hebei Province.
Later this month, the cars will also be on display in Shanghai.
